Mr Kennedy as he is called is the visionary Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Nexus Exchange Limited – an innovative century 21 youth social enterprise company, headquartered in Preston Lancashire United Kingdom, that is committed to nurturing young people and building a sustainable eco-system for young entrepreneurs and young employees all around the world.

Nexus Exchange seeks to co-found more young social enterprises around the framework of the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals.

He is leading the global youth work space in the area of innovative volunteerism, a creative concept that allows young people to contribute effectively to the global work space whilst learning and honing in their skills at these companies and organisations. This initiative also seeks to promote inter-generational transfer of skills and diversity through mentor ship and international cultural exchange and to bring the youth work center-ground closer to the youths .
