He started The Salam Project in the hope of challenging ignorance (Islamophobia, extremism, radicalisation, re-offending, gang crime and hate crimes towards females)  in society through workshops, artistic (poetry, rap, comedy, film showings etc.) showcases, motivational talks and social media campaigns.  Outside of work he loves to spend time with his wife and kids.

Mrs Lena Marshall is an entrepreneur and a humanitarian. She runs her company WenLen Export UK LTD and her foundation The Lena Marshall Foundation.

Lena also works in Education for the Examining Board AQA.

She enjoys travelling internationally, visiting projects for her foundation and speaking on behalf of women around the world encouraging other non-profits, corporations and governments to do more to support women and children.

Comrade Frank Ikegwuonu is a Nigerian publisher, editor, filmmaker, social affairs analyst, PR and events management guru.

In 2003 he established the Nollywood Excellence and Leadership Awards (a.k.a The Nelas Academy Awards) as part of his annual publication titled “Nigerian Entertainment Who is who Encyclopedia” at the Artist Village, National Theatre Lagos in collaboration with the Actors Guild of Nigeria under the leadership of AGN president Ejike Asiegbu, Directors Guild of Nigeria under the leadership of the then DGN president Fidelis Duker, and the Association of Movie producers under the leadership of AMP president Madu Chikwendu..

He is also the president and founder of the Queen of Nollywood Academy where young talented women are given the platform to showcase their creative talents n films and Tv series, and the annual Queen of Nollywood Reality Tv Show. In 2016 the Queen of Nollywood Germany was established with the Nigerian Ambassador and other diplomats and dignitaries in attendance…

Comrade Frank Ikegwuonu has produced 13 feature movies, and 52 episodes of the Queen of Nollywood Tv series… His Magazine publication, The Nelas Top 100 Most Influential Personalities, the “Nigerian Entertainment Who is who Encyclopedia”, and the “Top 100 Nollywood Celebrities & filmmakers” has been in worldwide circulation since 2003 promoting and educating the public with exclusive information about Nollywood and the Nigerian creative industry practitioners, ensuring that the rich and diverse experiences of their everyday lives are well documented for posterity.

The purpose of the Nelas Top 100 Most Influential Personalities, the “Nigerian Entertainment Who is who Encyclopedia”, and the “Top 100 Nollywood Celebrities & filmmaker” is to collect, preserve, interpret, and display articles of artistic and cultural significance for the education of the general public especially fans, critics and researchers of the Pan-African socio-cultural events, personalities and achievements.

Matilda Chongwa popularly known as AC matilda Matilda Chongwa is a multi-award-wining Social Advocate. A Diversity and Inclusion Coach.

She holds two postgraduate degrees in Social Enterprise and Leadership and Management from AIT Ireland. People’s Management certificate from University of Reading, UK. Certificate in Diabetes Pandemic from University of Dundee, Scotland. BA in Business Enterprise and Community Development A.I.T. She works with the Archdiocese of Dublin. She is the Director of AC Matilda Enterprise. The Founder and Director of Global Diabetes Initiatives which bring Irish Doctors and volunteers to Nigeria and other African countries on an International Diabetes Project that provides free education, awareness and screening on Diabetes. Matilda is the Founder and organiser of the World Diabetes Fashion Show. The Mr and Miss Valentine’s pageant and Fashion Show which raised significant funds for charities in Ireland.

She is the former Director of Miss European Team Ireland and the brain behind the International Runway Achievers and Recognition Awards, an annual event in Ireland that recognises people in Pageantry, Fashion, Entertainment, Community and Business. She is the Founder and Director of the Multicultural fashion Show. Promoting Diversity and Social Inclusion in Ireland. She has been offered position as chief judge in many Beauty Pageants across Europe.
