The recent concluded class taught me a lot of things. I had one on one discussions with some of the students. It is easier to jump into the year with so much courage, boldness and enthusiasm, but all these will not guarantee you a better year. Note this, that out of 100 people that entered the year with so much courage, 75% of them easily lacks motivation to keep going, and others are not strategic.

As a personal development and Goal setting coach, am very conscious of time, date and location. If am going to speak to you about your goal, I would start from time, date and the location you want the goal to take place, if any. The reality lesson that life has taught me, is that people can’t do much, until they are trained. Check most countries that holds the highest economic power, they have a well structured system that trains them automatically.
