It was a profound pleasure to organize The Black History Month Celebrations at The UK House of Parliament for the Sixth year in a row in conjunction with The UK Minister for Employment – MP Alok Sharma , this year.s event was also co-sponsored by MP Helen Grant
As part of our journey in organizing THE BLACK HISTORY MONTH CELEBRATIONS AT THE UK HOUSE OF PARLIAMENT FOR THE 6TH YEAR IN A ROW, We have now launched out latest product – AN OFFICIAL BOOKLET that highlights the journey of organizing The Black History Month Celebrations at The UK House of Parliament for many years
In the booklet, there is also a story on how the whole journey started from the gift of a split second and how important it is to maximize opportunities, especially when we find ourselves at the right place at the right time.
We were delighted to launch this new product on Friday the 26th of October 2018 and all our invited guests were given a copy
Copies of the booklet were also distributed a week later at THE FIRST EVER AFRO BLOGGERS INTERNATIONAL CONVENTION, BERLIN, GERMANY INSPIRED BY Samson Itodo (where I was one of the guest speakers)
More copies will be distributed here in The UK, The USA, Nigeria and many other regions worldwide.
We will also be distributing copies to some Schools and libraries in The UK, to create more awareness in promoting the campaign of the importance of telling our story, promoting our history and being the change that we want to see in society
