Bio:
Sharayah Louisa is a single mother of 3 who is also a Sickle Cell Warrior, Youth Mentor, Resilience Coach, Founder of Temple Well-Being CIC and currently building Sickle Sanctuary.
Raised in a household shaped by domestic violence and early caregiving for her father who also lives with Sickle Cell, she spent decades living in survival mode before beginning, at age 30, a profound journey of healing and transformation.
Today, with over 15 years’ experience supporting and promoting the mental health and emotional wellbeing of young people, parents, and professionals – through mindfulness and the art of relaxation – Sharayah teaches resilience from the inside out, through nervous system regulation, breathwork, and embodied leadership. Living with chronic pain herself, she shows others how to turn chaos into calm, crisis into clarity and pain into purpose – as she emerges from a lifelong season of silence… evolving from hidden to heard.
