Shamsa is a therapeutic counsellor who works mainly with adults, providing a safe and supportive space in which they can grow and develop. She is passionate about her role and believes that, with the right support, anyone can make positive changes.

Alongside her counselling work, Shamsa has 23 years of Civil Service experience, including managerial roles. She has also volunteered with asylum seekers and refugees, helping to improve the experiences of people who are new to the country.
