Lydia Adomba Opare-Asmah, is a Gospel singer and a Song writer, who was born and raised in Takoradi – Ghana, and currently lives in Bradford- United Kingdom. Lydia is a married woman with two children.
Lydia is a Co- founder at Chosen Generation Glory Tabernacle and she serves as the Praise & Worship Leader. She s also the founder of the Integrity Women movement (where women empower each other) in Bradford which started in 2015 where the vision was all about women empowerment.
By the grace of God Lydia started singing at a young age and noticed when she grew up, she had the calling and the desire to serve God, therefore took steps to better herself by backing other worship leaders and joined various choirs in the church.
Lydia as a Gospel Artist has two albums and two singles credited to her name. She has also ministered in many churches both in Ghana and in the UK. By the favour of God, she’s had the privilege to back and sing with someprominent Gospel Artists in Ghana and here in the UK all to the glory of God.
Lydia has also served under many pastors and churches in Ghana and UK. Through the Power of the Holy Spirit her songs have touched many lives and also raised some up-and-coming Gospel singers to the Glory of God.
She was recently honoured with her song being awarded the Best Worship Song at the Women Worship Gospel Music Awards (WWGMA), all to the Glory of God.
