WHO IS SHE?

Drowning in my own thoughts

I have a ball on my throat

A ball of pain & anger

I’m sinking in the mud,

Of sarrow & Depression
She is always with me

Always in my mind

Telling me to hang myself

Telling me to yell & shout
She is holding my keys

To the room of happiness

She is Always showering me

With flashbacks & memories
That hunt & break me

Slowly she is killing me

Slowly she is destroying me

Her name is Depression
