I will be organising The Black History Month Celebration in conjunction with MP Alok Sharma at Jubilee Room, The House of Parliament,- tomorrow- Wednesday the 30th of October from 10am to 1pm- Special Invites have been emailed to all Attendees
The purpose of the event is for various people to network, engage and share information about their organisations and countries in celebration of Black History Month. The event will also serve as a great networking platform for Entrepreneurs and organisations to build relationships and work together.
There will also be great Black Role Model, Entrepreneurs, Community Leaders and people making a difference in attendance on the day. There will be professionals from Nigeria, Ghana. Kenya, Jamaica, Zambia, Zimbabwe and many other countries.
I can honestly say that all 60 invitees for this event, represent the great work and substance of profound Black Role Models withing our community and its about time we continue to share and celebrate the unsung depth of people who make things happen in our community

This event would not have been possible without the selfless support of My local MP – Mr Alok Sharma (MP for Reading West) who is also one of The Speakers on the day. He continues to add value to the heart of our local community

The HIV/AIDS Conference is an informative event everyone has been waiting for, it takes place this Friday the 25th of October at The Globe, 12 Portman Road in Reading, Berkshire.

How much do you know about HIV/AIDS? Are there questions which sometimes race through your mind, but there is no where for you to gather information? Did you know that 51% of people are unaware of Sexual health support services and 44% of people are decalred not been at risk of HIV

Tony has organised many cultural events involving both BME and mainstream communities. He is skilled in hosting events that reinforce community cohesion and bringing different kinds of people together. He has organised events in south london, east london, kingston, bracknell and other parts of The Uk

Some of the big events he has organised are The International festival for Community awareness held in Berkshire, The Small World Concert for the disabled, The “Who Am I” talk event onIdentity held at The South Hill Park, several poetry events held in london and The Reading Community Concert which featured over 10 musicians and 5 motivational speakers.  

As a Compere and Public Speaker for special events and social functions he takes interest in various community and social projects  and is available for  motivational talks in schools and colleges on Self Esteem, Personal Goals and empoweing Black boys around the world,

Tony was born in South London and has lived in several parts of England and Nigeria . He started writing at the tender age of nine, a habit he expressed with creative enthusiasm. Tony writes Poetry, short stories and proverbs on personal development. He is currently working on his 4th book which will also be his first novel. He is also into Public Speaking at Special events and Social functions and is a Mentor for young people in the UK Community. 

He completed a Bachelor of Arts degree at The University of Lagos, Nigeria in English and World Literature. He later went on to attain a teaching qualification at The Frances King International Training Institute, South Kensington London, it was here he studied Teaching English as a Foreign Language. He also studied Web Design at The City University in London.

 He published his first book in June 1999 called “The Beauty in the Dark” (A Collection of Poetry which received critical acclamation in many circles around the world). .Tony’s aim in life is to inspire the young generation and to encourage the youth to make the very best of their dreams and aspirations,. He published a 2nd book in June 2009 called  ” The Sound of Running Water” – A Family gift book of proverbs and quotations on Personal Development and Positive Thinking .

In December 2009, he  published his 3rd book called “One Moment of Peace“.- A collection of Poetry  inspired by personal experiences and spiritual growth.

Besides the fact that the Artist has won International online awards, he is mostly inspired by Life experience, love, music and cultural awareness. He was Resident Poet at the 5th London Poetry Festival in 2009 and has been a guest on BBC Radio Berkshire on three occassions and has also been a guest on The Anne Diamond Show. He has also been a guest on Top FM 90.9 Lagos and Smooth FM 98.Lagos

Tony has also appeared as a guest on SKY CHANNEL 184 – bEN TV

In his spare time he is  the Radio Presenter and Producer  for an International Talk Show called  “AFRICA4U” – The Radio Show for Africans around the world. Every week he intrviews Role Models, Community leaders, Social Entrepreneurs, Motivational Speakers and people making a difference o the lives of others as the show is aimed at empowering and inspiring people around the world. In less than a year his listening audience doubled which includes followers in The Uk, Germany, Spain The States, Canada and Nigeria. He has also interviewed over 120 guests in just over 2 years.

Tony has also interviewed high profile personalities including Ex Uk Goverment Ministers and Members of Parliament
