Kashif “Kash” Ahmed is a software developer, technology advocate, creative and community activist.
In his day job Kash uses his love and aptitude for technology to help solve problems and deliver solutions using various digital technologies.When he’s not at work Kash is a serial volunteer who enjoys using his skills and experience to help deliver positive change in various forms.
He is a founding member, secretary and media and communications lead at Bradford 4 Better where, along with the rest of the team, he helps run the organisation and also helps manage all aspects of their media and communications activities as well as working on projects.
Kash is also the communications officer for the Bradford branch of ACORN the Union, where he works with other awesome volunteers to help people with community and housing issues, from trouble with landlords to community issues.Along with his brother Kash has also recently set up RNDM, a tech and digital media consultancy with a focus on supporting non-profits and small businesses to achieve their goals through technology and creative solutions, and digital media. Their services range from consultancy, guidance and support all the way to software development, design and digital media delivery.
He is an avid “digital coach”, passionate about removing the fear of tech and helping professionals become more confident and efficient in their use of technology.For fun Kash gets involved in all sorts. He is a long time martial artist, with a focus in Wing Chun Kung Fu and various other martial arts.From time to time he also lends his voice to voice overs and more recently has taken up voice acting.
He likes to write fiction and non-fiction and has also written poetry for a long time, only recently delving into performing publicly.
Kash has worked in various industries in his career and has garnered broad and eclectic experience and skills which he continues to build upon, improve and share.

He is finalising his doctorate at the Adam Smith Business School, University of Glasgow, as a James McCune Smith Scholar. His research delves into the innovative “leaderless organising” model of Black Lives Matter UK. Employing ethnographic methods, Richard gains firsthand understanding of the movement, using Critical Race Theory to analyse its effectiveness. Richard actively contributes to public discourse, exemplified by his well-received presentation on African Migration History at the UK House of Parliament during Black History Month

My name is Nelly Mulonda Muyutu, a history and civic education teacher at Solwezi Boys Technical High School here in Zambia under the Ministry of education.
I grew up in the beautiful country of Zambia where I developed the profound passion to teach many children to read and write and develop an interest in formal and informal education.
I come from a very small town called Solwezi which has a high poverty level. However I consider Solwezi home and I will always be proud of this small town.
