As The Super Eagles prepare for World Cup football tournament taking place in Russia, What are your thoughts on how they will perform this year ?

Will the team make us proud and deliver beyond the expectations of many Nigerians around the world ?

 Share your thoughts

 Who do they play?

Nigeria vs Croatia – 20:00, Saturday 16 June
Nigeria vs Iceland – 16:00, Friday 22 June
Nigeria vs Argentina – 19:00, Tuesday 26 Jun

How did they get here?

Nigeria surprisingly cruised through a strong qualifying group that featured Cameroon, Algeria and Zambia, taking 14 points from six matches – though this was later reduced to 13 when they were found to have fielded an ineligible player in a match against Algeria. Moses led the team in scoring with three goals in four appearances.
