AFRICA4U AWARDS & ANNUAL AFRICAN MUSIC FESTIVAL FOR UPCOMING ARTISTS , TAKING PLACE NEXT YEAR IN MALTA- WATCH THIS SPACE

We organised the first ever awards for African Migrants in The History of Malta on Friday the 3rd of February at MICRO FINANCE LIMITED, Old Bakery Road, Valetta, MALTA.
The Event was hosted in conjunction with African Media Association Malta and supported by Simba Smp Productions. SMP was available on the day to provide Video Coverage.

It was a profound pleasure to have  a full house of attendees on the day from African Communities as well as young Role models from Norway, Spain, Serbia, Holland and The UK, who were also eager to share some of their experience.

What was even more refreshing was that, we were later  faced with The EU Summit taking place on the same day in Malta with Prime Minister Theresa May and other EU Leaders attending the summit,  but we still managed to attract a full house on the day

I can now confirm that we will be organizing THE AFRICA4U AWARDS AND ANNUAL AFRICAN MUSIC FESTIVAL FOR UPCOMING ARTISTS (2018) IN MALTA NEXT YEAR

THE AFRICA4U AWARDS AND ANNUAL AFRICAN MUSIC FESTIVAL FOR UPCOMING ARTISTS (2018)

The Africa4u Awards and Annual African Music Festival for upcoming Artists 2018 aims to promote, celebrate and highlight the achievements of African Achievers in Malta  on a much bigger scale than our event in February 2017.

We will be giving out 7 Awards on the day to great role models who have made profound contributions to African and Maltese communities in Malta

For the very first time, we will be organizing a very small scale African music festival on the day also to promote upcoming African artists

POETRY TO FEED THE SOUL BY THE AMAZING GIFT FORAINE AMUKOYO

Once sparky crispy and fly
These embers have gone silent
Now dumb and deaf to my soles
Lonelier than the sober break of dawn
So cold like this hearth never bore warmth
Lighters are being lulled to sleep
Clouds are impatient
Like the feet of a hurricane
When the half moon
Kisses stars slowly adieu
The peaky moon moos on the night more
And it feels not lonely
What wholly had it known itself
To love itself
To feel itself
I awaited the hose in me
But the pipes so offish
Pipes piping sundry tunes
From myself, so I search
Marching the hides of hades
Sitting on this ceiling
The will wheel and reel
To let go so I let go
