Beatrice Njery Jobando – Cletus is a Gospel Music Minister from Kenya. She is a Vocalist, Song writer, Counsellor, Motivational Speaker and On Air Personality.

Betty Jobando as popularly known on stage is the CEO, Betty Jo Band, a musical entertainment group for Corporate and Non-Corporate events.She was born and raised in Kenya. Unknowingly, her music career has been built since the age of 5 where she used to sing in Church under the mentorship of her parents, Bishop Dr. Esao& Dorine Jobando, who helped nurture her talent and gift from that tender age.

Betty Jobando has to her credit 3 albums namely: Tangu Nizaliwe, Mwaka Huu, and My Season. Recently , she has released a new EP titled, “Ni Yako Bwana.” She has toured several countries for stage performances, concerts, conferences and ministrations.

She holds a Double Major Degree in Sociology & Armed Conflict Peace Studies from the University of Nairobi, Kenya. She also holds a Diploma in Mass Communications and Media Studies. She is currently pursuing her Master’s degree in International Conflict Resolution.

She is passionate about Youth and Women Development in the society as she counsels and mentors several of them in finding their purposes in life.

She is the Brand Ambassador of Impact Mission Initiative(IMI) a charity organization through which together with her husband they have empowered several vulnerable people in Africa. She was appointed the Secretary General of Kenyans in Nigeria(KIN) in 2019 and is also the immediate past Secretary of Nigerwives (Foreign ladies married in Nigeria) Association Lagos branch.

Betty is a powerful worship leader who has used her gift to glorify God and transform lives in the society. She the convenor of the popular online Live worship program”MAABUDU HOUR WITH BETTY” 

She is happily married to Sir Victor Cletus and blessed with a son Grandeur. She is also mothers numerous foster children through the charity foundation co-founded by her beloved husband. Betty is such a philanthropist and selfless person full of empathy and a heart to serve people with a result oriented, resilient and compassionate drive.
