Governor Bassey Otu, alongside former governors Liyel Imoke and Donald Duke, attended the 20th Anniversary Theme Unveiling of Carnival Calabar at Transcorp Hotel, Abuja.

The event celebrated two decades of the festival’s cultural impact and was marked by unity and camaraderie among dignitaries, including other notable leaders like Sen. Asuquo Ekpeyong Senator Asuquo Ekpenyong and APC Chairman Barr Alphonsus Eba.
