Ngozi is a women’s fulfilment coach, published author, podcaster, and entrepreneur on a mission to help immigrant women of African descent thrive in their adopted countries.
After building a successful life as a mid management staff of an organisation in the oil and gas industry back home, Ngozi relocated abroad with her family for her children’s future and to expand her brand globally, believing she could simply “start again”.
Ngozi quickly realised that navigating a new culture, rebuilding from scratch, and balancing motherhood, school, work, and ambition would demand more than just hard work — it required deep mindset shifts, community, and support.
Today, through her group coaching programmes, podcast (*African Women in the Diaspora*), and digital ventures — including affiliate marketing and children’s online Igbo language classes — Ngozi empowers women to reconnect with who they are, reclaim their confidence, and build lives of purpose and prosperity.
She is also the author of two books, Mindset Matters, Write It: A Simple And Effective Guide To Journaling For Clarity And Productivity, and a Journal.
Ngozi’s work isn’t just coaching — it’s a movement, because when African women rise, we uplift entire generations.
