I have always been driven by a deep passion for helping others – a value instilled in me from an early age by my parents. This lifelong commitment to service has shaped my career as a Relationship Consultant, Ordained Minister, and Social Entrepreneur, where I have guided individuals and couples toward fulfilling, meaningful connections.

With a Doctor of Psychology and a Master’s degree in Counseling and Consulting Psychology, I have spent over a decade empowering individual and couples through expert guidance in effective communication, intimacy enhancement, conflict resolution, and breakup recovery. As a dedicated social entrepreneur, I have also pioneered initiatives that foster personal and relational growth, creating transformative programs and services that support individuals in navigating life’s challenges with confidence and clarity.

Beyond my work in relationships, I’m also a published author, with books such as Start Doing ‘It’: Making Your Relationships Better and More Exciting, Underneath The Sheets -Bedroom Adventures: Fun and Intimate Activities For Couples, and The Blueprint To Happiness. My writing and workshops focus on personal growth, happiness breakthroughs, and strengthening relationships.

Currently, I am actively involved in the M.A.L.E Program (Motivation & Assistance for Life Empowerment), a registered not-for-profit organization based in Toronto, Ontario. The program was conceptualized to address the challenges faced by young men aged 18–29, particularly those struggling with Failure to Launch Syndrome – a term describing difficulties in transitioning into independent adulthood. The vision of the program is to provide innovative support and resources to help young men achieve complete independence within a structured timeframe.

Over my 13 years of experience as a school guidance counselor, associate psychologist, coach, and mentor, I’ve encountered countless young men struggling with Failure to Launch Syndrome – bright, talented individuals who feel stuck, uncertain about their futures, and lacking the tools to navigate adulthood confidently.

While some sought professional help, they were often placed in programs designed for drug addicts, criminals, or individuals battling severe mental illness. Though these programs served critical purposes, they failed to address the unique needs of young men who simply lacked the right guidance and structure to transition successfully into independent adulthood. These misplacements left promising young men without adequate support, reinforcing feelings of hopelessness and stagnation.

This reality fueled my passion to create the Motivation & Assistance for Life Empowerment (MALE) Program – a structured, holistic initiative designed specifically for young men who need guidance, life skills, and mentorship to thrive.

The MALE Program represents a new beginning, offering young men the chance to regain their confidence and purpose. Through career development, financial literacy, mental wellness support, and personal growth, we aim to equip participants with practical tools they can carry forward into adulthood. By connecting them with mentors, job opportunities, and essential life resources, the program fosters self-sufficiency, leadership, and resilience.

Moreover, the initiative presents an opportunity to change the narrative around young men’s struggles – shifting public perception from judgment to support. Rather than labeling these individuals as failures, the MALE Program acknowledges their potential and provides a path to success.

Through my work with The MALE Program, it’s my wish to continue to make a lasting impact, helping young men build confidence, resilience, and long-term success. My dedication and passion to empowering individual, whether in relationships or personal development, remain at the heart of everything I do.
