SENATOR DANSADAU WILL BE SPEAKING AT THE NIGERIA DIASPORA GLOBAL DEVELOPMENT CONFERENCE

Senator Sa’idu Dansadau confirmed for Nigeria Diaspora Global Development Conference: We are happy to be having Senator Sa’idu Dansadau, the National Chairman of the National Rescue Movement (NRM) and a two- time senator of the Federal Republic of Nigeria for an interactive engagement with Nigerian Diaspora Global Community. NIDO while an apolitical organization, will use the Nigeria Diaspora Global Development Conference 2018, London, the UK to set the tone for manifesto pitching during one of the sessions. Alhaji Sa’idu Dansadau will actively interact with the Diaspora audience on the goals and manifestoes of National Rescue Movement and how they intended to collaborate with the Diaspora community and most importantly how the parties design their operations to attract Diaspora expertise, knowledge and financial investment in Nigeria post-2019 elections.

Kweku Taylor is a Bsc. Geography and Regional Planning student of the University of Cape Coast, Ghana. He is a Writer, Poet and active Performer in the Afro—Creative Center in Ghana: THE VILLAGE THINKERS.  He was nominated for the 2016  ATL100.5 fm Poetry Love Box. He is widely recognized both On and Off campus for his Akan-Poetic delivery on stage.

He is also Bronze award Winner – Tony Tokunbo Fernandez International Online Poetry Competition 2018

DONALD DUKE DECLARES INTENTION TO RUN FOR PRESIDENT OF NIGERIA

The former governor of Cross River State, Mr Donald Duke, has declared his interest to contest for the Office of President in the upcoming 2019 general elections.

He made his intentions known while speaking at the annual Law dinner of the University of Nigeria, Anambra State on Friday (June 8).

While speaking on the topic ‘Nigeria In Clear and Present Danger’, he explained that although he wasn’t yet sure of the platform with which he will be contesting, he was convinced that it was time to make a move towards addressing Nigeria’s.

He also stated that “will and strategy” are major components needed to ensure all-round national development.

How did they get here? 

Nigeria surprisingly cruised through a strong qualifying group that featured Cameroon, Algeria and Zambia, taking 14 points from six matches – though this was later reduced to 13 when they were found to have fielded an ineligible player in a match against Algeria. Moses led the team in scoring with three goals in four appearances.
