Today 14th November 2016 is the World Diabetes Day.
Diabetes has been established as one the fastest growing health issues across all the continents of the world. The situation is now so critical that the World Health Organization projects that Diabetes will be the seventh leading cause of death by 2030.
This is a grim reality for mankind but the good news is that we can actually control the factors that lead to the diagnosis.
Ultimately we can go for a change of lifestyle to keep diabetes and other ailments at bay.
We can reduce the over-consumption of sugary diet.
We can start using our bodies more and adopt routine exercises to achieve a healthier wellbeing.
As we remember Diabetes today, you should all note that there is no better time to get yourself on track to control and manage the risk factors
The greatest wealth is health.
