Dear Elders, Family and Friends,
I feel deeply humbled and honoured to be a recipient of THE AFRICAN DIASPORA LIVING LEGEND AWARD FOR DIASPORA ENGAGEMENT at The recently organised AFRICAN DIASPORA LIVING LEGEND DAY, that took place in HAMBURG, GERMANY, very recently.
Unfortunately, I was not able to make it to Germany this year for the event but I will like to say a big thank you The CEO of African Heritage TV , African Heritage Radio and Representative of African community in the Hamburg Senate – Hon Kenneth Gbandi and his great team for honouring me with this Award.
I have organised several community and award initiatives for Africans in The Diaspora in The UK, The U.S.A, Holland, Germany , Eastern Europe and Nigeria.
I have also visited over 18 European countries and established strong relationships with African communities and networks, but to receive this award is not only humbling, but is also an every day reminder that the journey continues and there is so much more I need to do as an AFRICAN DIASPORAN.
