He is the Ceo & founder of Generating Opportunities, a leadership & management consulting company empowering individuals and organizations to generate opportunities. He founded it as a student in the University.

Jermaine Sanwoolu is also a self employed financial  protection  advice with Owl Fianancial one of Uk largest  protection networks of METLife in the Uk registered by the Financial Conduct Authority. Licensed to provide protection  policies  for MetLife, LV London Victoria & Zurich  Insurance

He holds a Bsc in Eatate Management from West Africa’s premier  Unversity Of Lagos PG diploma in International Business and Management from Bradford University Uk and is presently undertaking an MA in Management Studies from Kingston University to strengthen the quality of service he delivers to his clients.

Worked in the human resources department of RMS TNS a leader in research and development industry in Sub-Saharan Africa, where he gained valuable insight into qualitative and quantitative consumer behavior research analysis.

Also worked in E-learning unit of the Human Capital Development department of one of Nigeria leading banks Skye Bank Plc, m that provided practical knowledge, skill in the creation, development and launching of a successful e-learning

He has completed the Project Management Institute (PMI) Project Management Training and applies this knowledge when managing projects.
He holds a Business Diploma in NLP (Neuro Linguistic Program) which is also used by the great Anthony Robins.
